The Story.

For 60 shows Jeff King, aka Shadow, was the team leader of the popular TV show Gladiators in the ‘90s. Dedicated to sport from a young age he was the first person ever to win Junior Mr Britain three times in a row, and has gone on to win numerous titles both in the UK and abroad. Hand strength is just as important as agility and body strength, and they receive quite a battering both in training and competition events. Of his hands Jeff says - “They are strong rough and powerful, and yet despite this they tingle at the gentlest touch from my children’s small and fragile hands.”
