Kindred

Every print is made to order. Unframed prints are usually despatched within a week and framed prints within two, then delivered by tracked post or courier.

UK and Europe: usually 7–15 working days from order for unframed prints, 2–4 weeks for framed.

USA and Canada: similar to Europe.

Rest of the world: allow up to 5 weeks for framed prints.

Smaller unframed prints are sent flat; larger ones are rolled in a tube.

In the unhappy event that any prints are damaged in transit, on receipt please contact us immediately and send a picture of the damaged packaging and print. We will then ensure you are sent a replacement. For Limited Edition prints we will require a photograph of the original print having been destroyed (preferably torn in half) prior to sending a replacement.
